I started yoga on the Greek coast of Crete Island to fill in the hole of leaving my favorite martial art behind after moving away from home..
At the beginning I was simply drawn by the physical part of yoga but with time I realized that there was so much more to learn, so I started attending workshops and classes all over the world while traveling for work.
8 years back, I simply started teaching to family and friends in need and was happy to help them learn more about their body and mind.
My classes are guided by breath exercise, challenging movements, playfulness but also time to rest. There will be asana variations to choose from depending on my students body type, but I will always encourage you to listen to your own body.
In particular my outdoors classes, are able to connect all your senses to nature, refreshing your body, calming your mind and nurturing your soul. If you love and respect nature and animals, I’d love to share my yoga passion with your soul.

My Yoga Alliance recognised training includes:

‘Your Body is your temple: understand, honor, respect, feed and protect it so that your soul can live peacefully and joyfully in it.’
